About the Cookies:

I make two standard cookie flavors - vanilla bean and my signature cookie brown sugar sugar cookie. This is a traditional sugar cookie with a slight caramel flavor profile because of the extra brown sugar I use in the dough. You’ll also notice a slight orange scent and flavor because I add orange zest to the dough.

I offer different flavors from time to time, such as chocolate, chocolate chip, strawberry, and some seasonal flavors.

I roll all of my cookies to 3/16” so they are thicker than a traditional sugar cookie. This gives you a substantial bite!

My cookies are decorated with royal icing, which is made by combining meringue powder (dehydrated egg whites), water, vanilla extract and powdered sugar.
